Some problems and solutions we have come across:

If you can please try another card this might be the answer as PayPal have said that from time to time it doesnt accept even valid cards.

If you cant view the pages associated with PayPal after the 'Order your Hoodie' page then try acessing the web using a diferfent browser. Perhaps a more recent version, as your current browser may not be able to read the script PayPal's pages use.

Im currently looking into this problem. If this is happening to you please contact me and you can order by cheque over the phone. We do not currently accept credit cards over the phone Im afraid.
